On the early morning of February 24, a truck loaded with aviation disinfection materials such as aircraft cabin cleaning disinfectant and aviation hand sanitizer will depart from Dongjiang Science and Technology Park in Zhongkai High-tech Zone to China Aviation Administration of China(CAAC) South China Regional Administration and China Civil Aviation Shenzhen Safety Supervision Bureau. 

This is the third time for Guangdong Luhope Advanced Material Technology Co., Ltd. Huizhou Plant (hereinafter referred to as "Luhope Huizhou Plant") after donating aviation disinfectant cleaning agents to Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, Wuhan Subway Operating Company, Zhongkai High-tech Zone Management Committee, etc. Together with this donation of aviation epidemic prevention materials to the civil aviation department of China, and the cumulative amount of donated materials has reached more than 1 million yuan.

"Our Huizhou factory has resumed production on the second day of the new year. Most of the middle and senior engineers went to the production line and worked more than 15 hours a day. They aim to produce as many aviation disinfection supplies as possible to contribute to the fight against the Covid 19 epidemic." Said Paxton Gao, general manager of Luhope Huizhou Plant. 

Donated 2.8 tons of disinfectant cleaning agent to Wuhan transportation industry 

Equipment commissioning preparation, preparation of disinfectant stock solution, wet wipe packaging ... In the production workshop of Luhope Huizhou factory, I saw an engineer wearing white overalls and protective masks holding on to their respective positions and working overtime. Production of aviation disinfection products such as aircraft cabin cleaning disinfectants, wet wipes, etc.

"The Huizhou factory resumed production on the second day of the year, and most of the middle and senior engineers went to the production line." Paxton Gao introduced that the Covid 19 epidemic has brought tremendous operating pressure to the entire civil aviation industry to prepare for the prevention and control of the Covid 19 from further spread, ensure the supply of aviation disinfection products, the Luhope Huizhou factory overcomes the difficulties of increased in raw material prices and insufficient production front-line personnel, and initiated a call from employees who stayed in Shenzhen, Huizhou, Guangdong. Many employees voluntarily gave up reunion with their families and immediately went to Huizhou factory resumed production. 

"From the second day of the New Year to the present, the Huizhou factory is operating almost at full capacity. The staff work more than 15 hours a day, and the work is very challenging, but everyone has no complaints. They think that the production of an additional cabin cleaning and disinfectant will offer passengers an additional safeguard. Paxton Gao said that in response to the urgent need for disinfection of Wuhan flights, the company also sent a special vehicle two days before the Spring Festival to transport RH-A-1452 disinfectant to Wuhan. On the morning of February 5, after a long day of long-distance transportation, the company donated the first batch of 2.8 tons of disinfectant cleaning product and 1000 sets of disinfection wet wipes to Wuhan, which was distributed to Wuhan Metro Operation Company, Tianhe Airport, China Eastern Hubei Branch and China Southern Hubei Branch and other units.

Till now, the Luhope Huizhou factory has produced hundreds of tons of RH-A-1452 cleaning and disinfecting product, and tens of thousands of sets of disinfecting wet wipes, effectively guaranteeing China Southern Airlines Wuhan Branch, China Eastern Airlines Wuhan Branch, China Southern Airlines Xinjiang Branch, China Southern Airlines Beijing Nearly 20 airline companies such as branch companies, Xiamen Airlines, Jiuyuan Airlines, etc., as well as the disinfection work of Shenzhen Metro and Shenzhen Airport. "The orders received by the company are continuing to grow, and the production capacity is running at full capacity. The company is still looking for ways to expand raw material purchases, expand production capacity, and make every effort to ensure that various customers face the challenges of the epidemic together."

Nearly 40 invention patents in just one year 

It is understood that Luhope is a high-growth enterprise integrating R & D, production and sales of environmentally friendly aviation chemical products, non-metallic materials for civil aviation passenger cabins, etc. It is a leading aviation chemical company in China. Aviation cleaning series (RH-A-1452 disinfectant cleaning agent, wet wipe pack), anti-corrosion sealing series, polymer composite materials, aryl sulfone fiber materials, avionics, aviation maintenance etc. with a total of six categories. The company's service scope has covered airlines, aircraft maintenance companies and aircraft manufacturing companies in Asia and parts of Europe, and is an important partner of COMAC, Boeing and Airbus. 

Due to the broad development prospects of Huizhou Airport and the good administrative environment of Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Guangdong Luhope Huizhou factory was officially settled in Dongjiang Science and Technology Park in December 2018. The company's R & D team and production base have been in place. "The pilot production line of the Huizhou factory has started production, and the main products are cleaning and cleaning, polymer composite materials, and aryl sulfone fibers. Next, the anti-corrosion seals and avionics maintenance will also be transferred to the Huizhou factory." Paxton Gao Said. 

The Luhope Huizhou factory works overtime to produce aircraft disinfection products such as aircraft cabin cleaning disinfectants and wet wipes.

Among them, the RH-A-1452 disinfectant cleaning agent and aviation wet wipe donated to Wuhan this time have an inactivation effect on the virus in a closed environment. In May 2019, they had obtained the "Design, Production and Processing" airworthiness certification of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. "Long-acting bacteriostatic, versatile" aircraft cabin cleaning and disinfectant. Nearly 20 aviation companies in Shenzhen, as well as the Shenzhen Metro and Shenzhen Airport, are all being using this product. 

"Because it is used in a closed environment, the products have very high requirements for environmental protection and basically have to achieve zero pollution." Paxton Gao introduced that the company has established a joint laboratory with the School of Advanced Materials, Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School of Advanced Materials. The core is the chief scientist of civil aviation Advanced materials industry technology innovation strategic alliance, vice president of Peking University Advanced Materials College, professor, doctoral tutor, and national expert Professor Meng Hong. In just over a year since it settled in Huizhou, the company's R & D team has applied for invention patents at a rate of 1.5 per month. At present, it has applied for more than 20 invention patents and more than 10 practical patents. Completed a turnover of nearly 20 million yuan and paid more than 1 million yuan in local taxes. Directly or indirectly drive the output value of nearly 5 million related supporting enterprises in Huizhou, providing more than 100 jobs. 

The reporter found that while the Luhope Huizhou factory was resuming production with full horsepower, it did not forget to take epidemic prevention and control measure. "The company implements closed management, and personnel entering and leaving the company need to repeatedly measure the temperature to ensure that there is no abnormality."  Paxton Gao introduced that during the full closure period, employees without driving arranged the company's vehicles to go to and from the industrial dormitory, and unified lunch and dinner reservations to ensure the daily life of employees. Before going to work and leaving work every day, the cleaning staff will mop the floor with disinfectant diluent, wipe the door handle, and ventilate for 20 minutes. At the same time, employees were equipped with anti-epidemic materials such as masks, thermometers, disinfectants, gloves, and pre-job protection knowledge training in a timely manner. An isolation room was also established to isolate employees with abnormal physical conditions and notify the hospital in time.
